When you receive a tour request there are a few things you should do before you decide to accept:
- Check the distance between you and the property and ensure it is manageable.
- Check the renter profile to ensure they are a good match for the property.
- Check your MLS for vacancy information, access details and additional information.
Then go ahead and accept the tour request!
