To request a property tour you must have a completed profile. TourNow asks some basic pre-screening questions after registration. TourNow identifies the best properties to request a tour using this information.
Renter pre-screening questions:
- Do you have any pets?
- Have you ever been evicted in the past 3 years?
- Are you a smoker?
- Have you ever been evicted?
- How do you describe your credit score?
- Your preferred move-in date?
If any of the information does not meet the requirements then you will not qualify to request a tour. However we provide the option for you to notify the property manager of your interest in touring this property.
