How do I handle email and phone call leads?

To reduce incoming phone calls and rent the house sooner we suggest you do the following:

MLS

Add the following message to your MLS listing under the “Public Remarks” section:

To view this property get the free mobile app TourNow from TourNow.app and request a property tour at your convenience.
Email

Include the following message in your response to email leads:

Thanks for showing interest in our listing. You can view this property at your convenience using the free mobile app TourNow available at tournow.app/renter.

If you would still like to schedule through us please reply with your preferred date and time.

Phone

For your phone call from a leads mention the following on the call:
