When you accept a tour request we suggest that some agents may want to do one or more of the following:
- Log into your MLS app and:
- Schedule the showing
- Get lockbox info
- Find out if there are any additional constraints (ie: new information from the listing agent).
- If any changes, contact renter and confirm.
After accepting a tour request you absolutely must:
- Travel quickly and safely to the property
- Show the property!
